Located in the untamed Argentine province of Corrientes, Los Gringos Lodge is where friends and sportsmen meet to share spectacular scenery and enjoy an exotic world of nature, practically untouched since it was created… and at the end of each day, the warmth of true Argentine Old-world hospitality greets guests returning to the comfort of superior amenities.

Package Price - 2008 Season Rates

 

$2,400 per person (double occupancy), plus airfare to Argentina

 

Deposit Amount

 

50% per person. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival date.

• Beverages included with meals (except shore lunch when they are available for purchase)

•  Licenses, tips or taxes
• Tackle - Fishing gear may be rented on-site
• Transportation to or from the lodge. Ground round trip transportation is available at $200.00 per person
•  Additional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase

Season

 

The season is almost all year round, from January to November. As these fish are STRONG FIGHTERS a No. 7 to 9 weight rod is required. Saltwater Reels are recommended, but if not any reel with a good drag system. Due to the sharp teeth and the way these Dorado attack the flies, its a must to add a section of 20 lb steel Leader to the end of your line. Our experience has told us that the best lines are WF floating lines for tropical weather, intermediate, and fast sinking lines like the Teeny´s 200 and 300 grains.

We are now accepting reservations for the current fishing season as well as the 2009 season. Contact us for available dates. We recommend that you book early to get the dates you want.
